1 lb. (16-20 ct.) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp. hot chili sauce (Sriracha recommended)
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
4-5 cloves garlic, pressed
Combine all sauce ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. Add shrimp and marinate at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours. Skewer shrimp and grill until opaque and brown with black bits.
