Happy New Year!

I am still alive!  I miss my blogging time so much!  I am still struggling with time management now that I am working full-time.  The two things that seem to have been falling by the way-side are my blog and my workouts! I miss both very much!  I tend to have such an all-or-nothing attitude.  I am going to try to change that!   I think I am going to start trying to do 1 blog entry a week instead.  I love recording our favorite recipes and sharing them will all of you!  I also LOVE to try recipes from my bloggy friends!

Workouts are another thing that MUST change in 2012 for me.  If you have tried any Kinect Fitness games, please clue me in!  What do you like?  I am thinking that might be an easy way to squeeze in a quick workout during the week.  There are just not enough hours in the day for me to make it to the gym on weekdays!

I don't have a recipe to share today, but I do have a menu plan!  I am doing kind of a 2-week thing today.  Not my usual over-achieving 1 month;)

Sunday: Spicy Whiskey BBQ Sliders & Onion Strings
Monday: Maple Glazed Roast Pork Loin (America's Test Kitchen), Scalloped Potatoes (America's Test Kitchen), & Veggie
Tuesday: Creamy Sausage & Tomato Pasta & Side Salad
Wednesday: Stir-Fried Pork & Bok Choy with Ginger-Oyster Sauce (America's Test Kitchen)
Thursday:  Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-up & Veggie

Monday: Ground Round Chicken Tortilla Soup
Tuesday:  Creamy Chicken Taquitos
Wednesday: Broccoli Cheese Soup in a bread bowl
Thursday:    Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff  & Veggie
Friday:  Tacos in a Bag
Saturday:  Slow Cooker Butter Chicken
Sunday:  Cheese Buttons, Sausage, & Peaches

  2. You are so well-organized for one who is so busy. This is my first visit to your blog, so I took some time to browwse through your earlier entries. I'm so glad I did that. You've created a great spot for your readers to visit and I really enjoyed the time I spent here. I'll definitely be back. I hope you have a great day. Blessings...Mary
